Devenger Pointe is a single family home development established in the mid-1980's and today it contains 88 homes. Devenger Pointe has become a well established community on the East side of Greenville, SC. The entrance to our community is off Devenger Rd. just a quarter mile west of Boiling Springs Rd.

We are a sister development to Devenger Place. All of our subdivision residents can purchase a membership to the Devenger Place pool and recreation area which is just a short drive away.
